We have 12 pet-friendly apartments. Size and breed restrictions apply.
Is my security deposit fully refundable?
It is state of PA law that security deposits be refunded after 30 days. If your apartment is left with no damages or trash and has been cleaned. Also, as long as there is no unpaid balance due, security deposit will be refunded.
IF I GET A JOB TRANSFER, CAN I BREAK THE LEASE?
Our 12 month leases have a 1/2 month break-lease fee with a 60 day notice period.
HOW LONG IS THE TERM OF THE LEASE?
The standard lease is for 1 year. We can customize lease length for students. 6 month leases available with $100 per month added. Please ask.
DO YOU ACCEPT LEASES FOR SHORT TERMS?
Yes on case-by-case basis depending upon availability.
SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE REPAIRED IN MY APARTMENT, HOW DO I REPORT IT?
Our maintenance system is integrated with our tenant website. Or you can contact the rental office.
WILL YOU ACCEPT ELECTRONIC PAYMENTS FROM MY BANK?
Yes, you may use our website to set up a one time or reoccurring payment via E-Check or Debit/Credit Card.
IS THERE A PLACE WHERE I CAN PAY MY RENT AFTER OFFICE HOURS?
Yes, we have a rent drop box at the office.
THERE IS A PERSON WHO MIGHT BE STAYING WITH ME FOR A WHILE, IS THAT PERMITTED BY THE LEASE?
A maximum stay of two weeks is permitted. If a guest staying longer than that they must fill out an application so we can add them to the lease. They will need to qualify the same way that you did.
DO YOU HAVE RESERVED PARKING?
We have over 180 spots in 2 parking lots.
I HAVE A MOTORCYCLE, WHERE CAN I PARK IT?
Since the back lot is gravel. you should park it in the front lot. Ask the office about winter storage.
MY CHILDREN LIVE WITH ME IN THE SUMMER; DO I NEED TO NOTIFY YOUR OFFICE WHEN THEY ARRIVE?
Yes, we would like to have them listed as occupants on your lease.
CAN I INSTALL MY SATELLITE DISH AT MY APARTMENT?
That is not necessary. Comcast cable is already wired for and included in rent.
DO YOU HAVE CABLE SERVICES?
Yes, we now have Comcast Xfinity service. Basic cable included in the rent. For premium channels, Comcast can add that on and bill you directly.
What is included with the rent?
All rents include electricity, heat, A/C, internet in your apartment + basic cable, There are no other bills to pay.
