No need to pay for a gas or electric account, no need to open a cable or Internet account, no need to look for a place to park your can, you do not have to deal with the Scranton water company to turn on the water… Everything is ready for you to move in.
All of our studio and loft apartments come furnished. We include a queen-sized bed, couch, tables chairs so you don’t need to buy or bring any furniture.
Though a 12-month lease is most economical, we offer six-month leases as well.
